The American Craft Expo

By far our most outstanding show last year was the American Craft Exposition in Evanston,Il, and are pleased to showing there again this year. A benefit for breast and ovarian cancer, the show run by the Auxiliary of NorthShore University HealthSystem, is in it's 25th year. The volunteers that run the show do a superb job, and the clientele enthusiastically support the artists and designers, who are some of the best in the country. The preview event is Thursday August 27th and the show is open to the public August 28th-30th. I will be live blogging from the show, so check back, and you can become a fan of the event on facebook.

Below are some of the designs in shearling Toshiki and I have been working on for the show

Tuck jackets in red and black shearling
Napa finished shearling with lambskin Mondrian inspired design, and hood trimmed with Toscana shearling

Love my new coat. Will post a picture somewhere when it cools down enough to wear it. Thank you for your constancy. Good luck in Evanston! Look forward to the live blogging.
